Suppliers and their representatives must make contact with Aerojet Rocketdyne through Procurement representatives. If you plan to visit, contact the Procurement representative you wish to see, and he or she will make the necessary arrangements for your visit.
We welcome the opportunity to talk with you regarding the latest developments concerning new or substitute parts, materials or services, price and quality changes. Procurement representatives will arrange for special presentations or demonstrations at the request of Aerojet Rocketdyne technical personnel or at their own discretion. In all cases, technical advice or assistance must be provided only with the prior knowledge of a cognizant Procurement representative.
Only those individuals who are a "U.S. person" as that phrase is defined in The International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) will be permitted access to Aerojet Rocketdyne facilities, unless otherwise authorized by Visitor Control. This restriction applies to suppliers and their employees, subcontractors and suppliers.
General Shipping Information
Packaging Instructions: Items may be combined in a single package only if they are all assigned to the same Purchase Order. Do not combine items from multiple Purchase Orders in a single package. Packing slips must be attached to the outside of each container, and must be easily removable upon arrival at destination. Packing slips must contain at a minimum, the following information in a legible format:
- Aerojet Rocketdyne Purchase Order Number and applicable Purchase Order line item number.
- Actual quantity shipped and unit of measure defined in the Purchase Order.
- The appropriate safety related information such as Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and if applicable, copies of the Competent Authority for energetic materials must accompany each package.
Ship items to the address identified in the purchase order. Contact the Buyer if you have any questions.
